1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Items may be eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days in their original, unused condition, with packaging intact.
- Refund requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Customized Products: Items with personalization or customization are not eligible for refunds.
- Perishable Items: Due to health and safety regulations, gourmet food products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or spoiled.
3. Refund Process
- To Initiate a Refund: Contact our customer service team at support@fodxpert.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
- Processing Time: Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Refund Method
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
