1. Shipping Timelines
We strive to dispatch and deliver your orders within the estimated timelines provided below:
Domestic Orders (India):
- Metro & Tier-1 Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities (PAN India): 5–9 business days
International Orders:
- Standard International Shipping: 10–12 business days
Note:
Orders are processed and dispatched only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). High order volumes, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally lead to delays. Customers will be notified of significant delays.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Personalized or customized items may require an additional 2–3 business days for production before shipping.
3. Shipping Charges
- Domestic Orders (India): Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight.
- International Orders: Customers are responsible for shipping fees, customs duties, and any applicable taxes.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking details.
- Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to activate after shipment.
- You can monitor your order's progress using the provided tracking link.
5. Logistics Delays
expertgifting.com is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, including but not limited to:
- Weather disruptions
- Customs clearance delays
- Strikes or labor shortages
- High shipping volumes during peak periods
Refunds or cancellations are not offered for delays beyond our control.
6. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues
To avoid delivery issues:
- Ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
- If a delivery is attempted but fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers will be charged for re-shipment, including return-to-origin (RTO) and additional shipping fees.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
- expertgifting.com is not responsible for customs duties, tariffs, or additional taxes on international orders.
- Customers are solely responsible for any charges imposed by their local customs authority.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately at expert@expertgifting.com or call us at +91 8422840313.
- For claims of damaged shipments, customers must provide an unedited unboxing video as proof.
- Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
9. Shipping Exclusions
We do not currently ship to the following locations:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- Specific countries restricted by government regulations
